Does making money from home sound like a dream to you?  With a few tips, your dream can become a reality.  The best part of working your own hours and from home is that you will get plenty of free time to spend with friends and family, and get that extra cash you need.
This guide will list many different opportunities for you, and you just need to choose the program that is right for you.

There are several really good e-books written on the subject of internet marketing that you may find helpful.  There are also a lot of books out there that are a waste of money.  One of the best books I have found that may help you a lot is Internet Wealth by Ewan Chia.

The advice you are given in this book is invaluable, but you have to implement what you have learned, and not leave the information sitting on your computer.  The book is really a no risk purchase, because if you do not like what you have read, and learned, the author offers a money back guarantee after 8 weeks.

Once you have read the book and decided what your niche will be, you need to decide how to market your product.  When you have found your niche and chosen your product, it is time for the next important step.  You need to promote your product(s).

One way I have promoted products is through blogging and articles.  For blogging I use www.blogger.com.   I personally like www.ezinearticles.com, www.wordpress.com and www.goarticles.com for articles. When you submit an article or a blog to these sites, your work will eventually end up on the Search Engines, so use descriptive key words and long tailed key words in the article or blog and where indicated on the page.  A long tailed key word is usually 3 or more descriptive words about your product.  A long tailed key word, will get your article or blog found more easily.

It is very important to remember to write an informational piece about the product you are promoting, and not try to sound like you are selling something.  I sometimes like to do a review of the product, and let the reader know what the benefits of the product are, and how it will be good for the reader.

When you are creating the title for your piece, make sure you include a lot of key words about the product to grab the attention of the reader.

Remember to put your link at the end of your informational piece or review.

Writing blogs and articles are a lot easier than they sound.  If you are not totally familiar with the product, do some research and take notes.  Your blog or article should not be too long, because you do not want the reader to lose interest.  Usually 300 to 400 words are sufficient.  I found it a little difficult in the beginning, but now I can usually write an article in about 15 minutes.  Do not copy anyone else’s work.  You could find yourself in trouble if you do.  Trust your own instincts and write what you know.

For those of you who feel they need a little help in the area of blogging and writing articles, here are some of the materials available.

ARTICLE MARKETING

When you write blogs and articles, you want to submit them to as many sites as possible. This can be a tedious chore.  You can save time by eliminating repetitive data entry work with an automatic submission tool.  RSS Feeds Submit is the quickest way to submit your feeds to 58 of the most popular directories and search engines.

You can also submit manually to directories (such as ezine articles) that require more detailed information about the feed.   RSS Feeds Submit can increase your rankings and bring fresh traffic to your website or blog.

In the following pages, I will give you many different ideas to help you choose which is the right business for you.  I hope this information will help you get your home based internet business up and running.  Just remember, it takes time to build a business.   Have patience.  Your cup is half full!
